Returns & Exchange

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we are not able to accept returns for medical products unless they were damaged during shipping to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chinahealthcaregroup.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. You are responsible for the shipping fee unless you are returning an item that was damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Medical products cannot be returned and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If the card used for payment is no longer valid, a cheque will be made out to the card holder.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@chinahealthcaregroup.com
