Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given if the value of purchases is less than the value of this Card.

Lost or Stolen Cards & Fraud

Gift Cards that are lost (i.e. that cannot be located in the recipients email inbox) can be replaced by our Customer Service team, who will prompt another email with the same Gift Card code to the original recipient.

Herbs & Acupuncture is not responsible for stolen Gift Cards or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. Please treat your Gift Card like cash and safeguard it accordingly.
