INGREDIENTS:
100% natural Senna tea leaf. Contains no caffeine and no chemical additives.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brew a fresh tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Drink when warm (honey may be added to sweeten the taste). Two cups of water per one tea bag per day is recommended for first time users. You can reduce to one cup of water per one tea bag per day after one week. You may experience bowel movements during the first couple of days.
This product contains Senna. Do not use if you have develop diarrhoea, loose stools or abdominal pain. Not suitable for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking any medication, please seek advise before using this product.
